Community Guidelines

exim.community operates three specialized communities, each with a distinct purpose:

• Trade Discussion — operational trade Q&A and compliance insights for active traders
• Networking — professional introductions, partnerships, and regulated promotion
• Customs & Compliance Professionals — advanced expert discussions among licensed professionals

This community is for knowledge sharing among active traders. The following are prohibited:

• Self-promotion and service pitching
• Advertising and lead generation
• Unsolicited outreach to members

Regulated promotion is permitted only in this community, subject to the following:

• No spam or repetitive promotional posts
• No unsolicited mass messaging
• New members have limited promotion frequency; repetitive posts may be removed
• Promotion remains prohibited in all other communities

This community is for verified licensed professionals sharing expert knowledge:

• Verification required for full participation
• High-quality professional discussions only
• No marketing, client solicitation, or service pitching
• Educational expert sharing is welcome; commercial solicitation is not

Spam is strictly prohibited across all communities. This includes unsolicited messages, repetitive posts, and any form of unwanted communication. Unsolicited bulk messaging to members is never permitted.

No buyer or seller contacts will be shared. Extracting phone numbers or contact information from any community and then spamming any individual will result in the strictest action possible, including immediate removal.

Members can and should report any misuse of the community, spam, or violations of these guidelines to the admins. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

The admins have complete authority and final decision on all matters related to community conduct, membership, and enforcement of these guidelines. Their decisions are final and binding.
